1. Goods returned for Exchange or Gift Voucher (can be used against goods purchased through www.rubysays.co.uk, not at party events) must be in all respects in the condition you received them in. You can return them within 3 months from the date of purchase with a copy of your receipt via your Ruby Advisor or through our Customer Services Department on +44 1924 333320. If posting goods, please retain proof of postage.

2. We do not offer refunds by cash, cheque or credit card on any purchase made through Party Plan. If an item is unwanted, we will exchange for different goods or Gift Voucher (can be used against goods purchased through www.rubysays.co.uk, not at party events) through head office, or your Ruby Advisor. This does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Please ensure you keep this receipt in a safe place for your reference.

4. Any commission related purchase is only valid on full payment of the Event total. Any free gift is only valid on full payment of the required Event total, after the required event bookings have been held.

5. For hygiene reasons toys, creams/oils/lotions and other items that are deemed personal products are non-returnable once the sealed packaging has been opened unless the goods are faulty.
